Increasingly, most of our work and ability to successfully achieve organizational goals relies on how we work together as a team. My work here is to learn about both individual and team goals to help you develop strategies with the desired impact.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

Leadership comes with daily (hourly!) challenges and opportunities. Whether managing an entire organization or a project, we will work together, tending to the soft and hard parts of leadership such as impact and performance planning, negotiation and collegial relationships, and celebration of achievements!

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach. I live in Austin, Texas, where I enjoy coaching out in nature when possible. After more than 40 years of work in the non-profit world, I have expanded my attention and intention to help others uncover their passions, courageously fight for their dreams, and to live large and in alignment with their values and aspirations.
